Qualifications

• Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Sales Forecasting expertise
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively
• Experience in the dairy or FMCG industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
