Job description
  • 5 days working and 2 days week off (Saturday and Sunday week off )
  • Should be flexible for night shifts ( No Day shift)
  • Transport : Free Door step pick up and drop Cab facility is provided within 25km
  • of boundary limit.
  • Mode of work Work from office(No work from home option)
  • Salary : 5 lakhs- 6.25 lakhs per annum (Based on experience)Work Location :   Ramanujan IT city, Taramani ,Chennai.

    • The Cloud Support Analyst is responsible for responding to and resolving customer requests for assistance with technical issues related to their solution.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues utilizing company systems, utilities and
    • support processes with assistance and direct oversight from team members Customer services skills
    • Oral and written communication skills that demonstrates a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others both internally and externally
    • Collaboration skills, applied successfully within a team as well as other areas
    • Organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
    • Critical thinking  and  problem-solving  skills
    • Basic knowledge of  software products, methodologies, and concepts ; actively learning
    • product lines, interactions, and verticals to gain better understanding for issue resolution.
