Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic legal advice on complex matters.
- Draft, review & negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Handle compliance, risk management & legal research.
- Mentor junior lawyers and lead critical cases.
- Coordinate with external counsel when required.
