What You’ll Do :
Provide strategic legal advice and support across our software products, services, and commercial operations.Independently manage influential legal projects, including contract negotiations, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including licensing, SaaS, partnership, vendor, and confidentiality contracts.Conduct legal research and provide actionable insights on emerging tech and data protection issues.Support regulatory compliance initiatives, covering data privacy, export controls, and industry-specific regulations.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, finance) to ensure legal alignment with business goals.Assist with corporate governance matters, including drafting board resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and supporting subsidiary management.Contribute to development-rich internal legal processes, templates, and policies to improve efficiency and impact.What We’re Looking For :
4–7 years post-qualification experience, preferably in the technology or software sector.Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognised institution; additional qualifications (LLM, certifications) are a plus.Strong command of English, both written and verbal.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.A collaborative, approachable, and professional mindset.Familiarity with software, SaaS, and digital service legal frameworks is highly desirable.Experience in international or cross-border legal work is a plus.Why Blancco?
