Designation : Assistant Manager - Product Management (MMP Exprience is mandatory)

Position Description : We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Product Specialist to manage end-to-end mobile measurement partner (MMP) integrations and ensure seamless campaign tracking across Affle's platforms. The role combines client-facing communication, technical troubleshooting, product requirement gathering, and cross-functional coordination to maintain smooth data flow, resolve discrepancies, and support onboarding.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage integrations with MMP platforms such as Appsflyer, Singular, Branch, Adjust, Kochava, etc.
• Configure and maintain tracking links, postbacks, and data flows, ensuring accurate reporting across internal platforms.
• Utilize APIs to implement, monitor, and optimize integrations.
• Gather product requirements for small-scale feature enhancements and support their implementation in internal systems.
• Stay updated on MMP integration updates and ensure continuous improvement of existing setups.
• Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, postback failures, and other technical issues.
• Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, and database queries to support troubleshooting and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including third-party platform points of contact, for feature requests, domain activations, and future system enhancements.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end operation of MMP processes, including account creation, escalation to MMP support, and monitoring integrations.
