Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the brand and category teams to conceptualize and execute influencer marketing plans that set the brand apart from other skin care brands in the market.
• Build a close-knit, strong relationship with key influencers and work with them to develop them into brand advocates.
• Build systems and processes to track deliverables, timelines, and output across creators.
• Own campaign calendars, timelines, and dependencies to ensure 100% on-time execution (without a drop in quality) across all platforms.
• Partner with social media, brand, and category teams to streamline influencer activations
