The Impact : As a Manager of Analytics, you will be at the forefront of translating data into strategic assets. Your leadership will directly influence key business decisions within the Customer Experience organization by delivering predictive insights and actionable recommendations. This role is crucial for driving operational efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping our strategic initiatives.
