Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Academic Counselor to join our team on-site at our Tirur location. The Academic Counselor will guide students in selecting appropriate courses and career paths, provide personalized academic advice, and support students in achieving their educational goals. The role involves conducting regular counseling sessions, gathering and analyzing student requirements, and developing individualized learning plans to foster academic progression. The counselor will collaborate closely with trainers to ensure students receive the best resources and support for their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills
• Proficiency in understanding and assessing students' educational and career needs
• Experience with student engagement, mentoring, or academic guidance
• Ability to build connections and maintain productive relationships with students and colleagues
• Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with academic programs and job market trends in the UAE, KSA, and Middle East region
• Experience in an EdTech or academic institution is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred
