We are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Planning Consultant to assist us in the development of an Integrated Therapy Planning Software. This role involves working with IT systems, process consultants, and clinical workflows to create personalized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs.

• Patient Information Management : Developing efficient systems for storing and managing patient data.
• Therapy Needs Assessment & Goal Setting : Assessing patients' needs and setting realistic goals for their rehabilitation.
• Therapy Plan Design : Creating therapy plans that meet international standards.
• Progress Monitoring & Documentation : Regularly monitoring patients' progress and documenting it accurately.
• Data Quality & Validation : Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of patient data.
• Reporting & Analytics : Generating reports and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
• User Experience & Accessibility : Designing user-friendly interfaces and ensuring accessibility features for all users.
• Security & Compliance : Ensuring the security and compliance of patient data with relevant regulations and standards.
