User Experience Designer

Role Summary : Senior UX Designer

Lead the

design strategy and UX vision

for complex digital products, ensuring alignment between user needs and business goals. Drive the

end-to-end design process —from research and ideation to execution—while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product / Engineering) to solve complex usability challenges and ensure a

seamless, cohesive user experience .

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Lead

mobile-first design strategy

and ensure a

cohesive UX ecosystem .

Conduct

usability testing

and research (qualitative / quantitative).

Drive design from

ideation to execution , developing high-level concepts / flows.

Collaborate within an

Agile framework

and effectively

present to stakeholders .

Manage

design systems , advocate for

best practices / accessibility , and use

UX metrics

for iteration.

What We're Looking For (Required Qualifications)

• 5+ years of impactful UX design experience;

compelling UX / UI portfolio .

Deep mastery of UX / UI principles, industry tools (Figma), and

Agile methodologies

(JIRA).

Proficiency in

qualitative / quantitative research

and multi-device design.

Proven ability to

balance business goals with user needs .

Strong visual / interaction skills,

data-informed decision-making , and

cross-functional collaboration .

Exceptional

communication

(presentation) skills; proactive, adaptable, and a team-excelling self-starter.
