Sales Manager - Construction Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads through multiple channels including online inquiries, referrals, networking, and walk-in clients.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored property solutions.
• Facilitate the sales process, including negotiation and closing deals.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with construction and project management teams to provide customers with accurate project updates.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with detailed information about properties, pricing, and financing options.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers.
• Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and events.
• Liaise with media and advertising partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Support effective marketing communication of the Srivari brand across various platforms.
• Follow up with customers and financial institutions to facilitate payment collections and loan processing.
