We’re looking for a
Sr. Business Development Executive / Business Analyst
to help us grow our client base, manage communications, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through online platforms & industry directories
Handle client communication via calls & emails
Manage social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Coordinate and submit quotations
Follow up with leads and assist in their decision-making journey
Convert nurtured leads into satisfied customers
Requirements
Strong communication skills in
Hindi & English
Confidence in handling client calls & emails
Basic knowledge of Excel & Gmail / Outlook
Organized, proactive, and good at follow-ups
Friendly, convincing personality
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Interest in tech, RFID, software, or digital services
Create proper documentations.
Qualification
MBA (preferred)
or Bachelor’s degree in busniess, Sales, Marketing .
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
