Leadership Role – Performance Validation Agency (PVA) project We are looking for a seasoned professional in leadership role with 7-9 years of experience in financial services operations preferably in equity broking industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client management within brokerage firms, investment advisory, and research analysis firms, with a particular focus on providing investment advisory services related to equity and derivatives. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of the trading landscape, along with a strong foundation in quantitative trading principles and strategy development. Key Responsibilities : Leadership role for the new initiative of Performance Validation Agency (PVA) project Independently assess the performance of investment advisors, research analysts, and algorithmic trading operations, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients and stakeholders. Managing various stakeholders including regulators, market intermediaries and clients Methodology development, providing BRD documentation and conducting UATs Ensure regulatory compliance on activities undertaken by PVA adhere to the latest industry regulations and best practices, safeguarding the firm from compliance risks. Technology Collaboration - Work closely with IT teams to seamlessly execute the project implantation Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with PVA activities. Develop and present detailed reports on validation outcomes. Qualifications & skill set needed : Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Finance + CFA preferred Strong understanding of quantitative trading techniques, including strategy development and back testing Proficiency in advanced trading platforms and financial software Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams Good understanding of derivative trading mechanisms, processes, and workflows. Knowledge of Quantitative Trading & Algorithmic Strategy Development
