Quality Assurance Lead Jobs in India

As a QA Lead at Digi Valet, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality and reliability of our hospitality solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automation testing, performance testing, Selenium testing, manual testing, API testing, and other relevant testing methodologies. Beyond technical proficiency, we are looking for a candidate who embodies strong leadership qualities, including team-building skills, adaptability, leading by example, and self-motivation.

Responsibilities :

1. Leadership and Team Building : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA engineers.Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Encourage continuous learning and skill development within the QA team.2. Adaptability and Problem Solving : Demonstrate adaptability in handling evolving project requirements.Quickly adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.Proactively identify and address challenges in the QA process.3. Lead by Example : Set high standards for quality and lead the team by example.Promote a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.Uphold and reinforce Digi Valet's values and professional standards.4. Self-Motivation : Exhibit a self-driven and proactive approach to QA leadership.Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.Demonstrate a high level of initiative and accountability.5. Test Strategy and Planning : Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals.Collaborate with project managers to establish testing timelines and deliverables.Review requirements and specifications to ensure testability.6. Manage daily scrum meeting.Responsible for testing estimation / effort for sprint.Responsible for Function and Regression testing for the sprint tickets.Responsible for API testing for the API’s implemented or edited.Run the regression Suite in Jenkins or locally to validate regular health of application.Creation and Execution of automation Test CaseClient communication and co-ordination within team7. Interaction with the clients to understand their business requirements.

• Providing production support on critical issues
• Ensuring the deliveries are done within the timelines.
• Preparing the project status reports to be submitted to the senior management.
• Responsible for Sprint Demo and Delivery.
