Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced PEB Steel Detailer & Checker with strong expertise in AutoCAD to prepare and verify GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings for pre-engineered building projects. The candidate will be responsible for accurate steel detailing, checking connection details, preparing BOQs and material lists, and ensuring all drawings meet industry standards and project specifications. The role requires good knowledge of PEB components, fabrication processes, and coordination with design and production teams to ensure timely and error-free drawing delivery..

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and check PEB GA drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings using AutoCAD.
• Draft accurate detailing for columns, rafters, bracings, mezzanine, canopies, staircases, handrails, ladders, sheeting layouts , etc.
• Verify all member sizes, connection details, weld symbols, bolt details, and material specifications.
• Prepare and review BOQ, bolt list, cutting list, fabrication list , and bill of materials.
• Ensure drawings are as per AISC / MBMA / IS codes , company standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with design engineers and production teams for technical clarifications and revisions.
• Maintain revision control and ensure timely delivery of complete drawing sets.
• Identify errors in drawings, ensure accuracy, and guide junior detailers when required.
• Support QC by checking fabrication feasibility and alignment of structural components.
