Skills : Supply Chain / NBFC / B2B Platform Operations, Customer Onboarding, Process Automation
Industry : Fintech / Digital Payments / Financial Services / Micro Finance / NBFCs / Banks
Location : Thane Head Office (Mumbai)
Reporting to – Lead of Operations
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Manage team handling Customer Onboarding and Transaction related activities which includes (75%)

Experience Required
1. Experience of working in Operations team of NBFCs / Fintech / Payment platform / supply chain

2. Team Management of atleast 4-5 years
3. Knowledge and experience in payment industry would be given weightage
4. Working knowledge of KYC and Lending would be given weightage
5. Experience of working on any new product / process launches internally / externally
6. Knowledge of Supply Chain business or Lending or Fintech will be a plus
Skills Required
1. Effective Communication Skills
2. Confidence to work independently and collaborate with all stakeholders
3. Willing to work with a cross functional team and be solution driven
4. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PPT) is a must
5. Aptitude to identify new enablers in market in fintech that can be adopted by the platform
