Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Patna. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and promote the company's steel fabrication and engineered products to target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating product demonstrations or site visits. The role involves collaborating with the operations and engineering teams to align client requirements with manufacturing capabilities, as well as planning and executing marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and participation in industry events. The specialist will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular reporting and feedback to management to support growth objectives.
