Rooftop Solar Sales_ Odisha, Patna

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, referrals, channel partners, builders, architects, and corporate clients.
• Identify and develop opportunities in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial (C&I) rooftop solar projects.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand energy requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Coordinate site surveys with the technical team.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations.
• Negotiate and close sales while achieving assigned revenue and installation targets.
• Coordinate with installation and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Track sales activities and update CRM regularly.
• Stay updated on state-wise rooftop solar policies, subsidies, and net-metering regulations in Odisha and Bihar.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong field sales and business development experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of rooftop solar systems and EPC solutions.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer network in Odisha or Bihar is preferred.
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Rooftop Solar Sales
