We are looking for a passionate Vietnam Travel Specialist who can guide travellers from their first enquiry to booking confirmation while helping them discover the best of Vietnam.

What You Will Do

• Handle inbound travel enquiries for Vietnam holidays.
• Understand traveller requirements and recommend suitable itineraries.
• Conduct discovery calls and build relationships with potential travellers.
• Present destinations, experiences, hotels, cruises, trains and cultural highlights confidently.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with operations and reservations teams for smooth handover.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on Vietnam destinations, visa requirements, seasonal trends and new experiences.

What We Are Looking ForEssential

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong sales, persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with families, couples, senior citizens and premium travellers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good understanding of customer service principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups.

Preferred

• Experience in travel sales, holiday consulting or international tourism.
• Prior experience selling Vietnam, Southeast Asia or international destinations.
• Knowledge of CRMs and sales processes.
• Passion for travel and destination research.
