This is be an Individual Contributor Own the Banking vertical set the strategy, build the playbook, and be fully accountable for revenue and market share within Indias top banks.
- Lead enterprise deals end-to-end with CEOs, CROs, and Digital Heads : create executive-level narratives, navigate complex buying groups, and close multi-year platform agreements.
- Partner with founders to shape roadmap priorities, ensuring every release solves real-world banking sales challenges and strengthens our competitive edge.
- Expand the C-suite network open new doors, convert warm introductions into qualified pipeline, and grow relationships into strategic, multi-line-of-business wins.
- Champion Sharpsells story position us as the must-have frontline sales platform in banking through compelling pitches, thought-leadership events, and customer success MBA from a leading Indian business school (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, IIFT or comparable) that equips you with strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Ambitious self-starter who is comfortable with frequent travel and flexible hours to meet enterprise clients on their schedule.
- Clear, persuasive communicator and skilled negotiator who can keep multiple opportunities organized and moving forward.
- Proven ability to engage credibly with CEOs, CROs and business heads, guiding diverse stakeholders to consensus.
- Solid track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with minimal oversight; experience opening new enterprise accounts is a definite plus.
