Responsibilities :
Coordinate with hiring managers / management to identify staffing needs.
Source candidate CV's by a combination of research, networking, use of platforms and other tools, and effective outreach techniques.
Evaluate candidate CVs, portfolios, and references.
Plan & organize the interviews including screening calls, assessments, and in-person or virtual interviews.
Recognize the importance of candidate experience & ensure timely comunication towards the candidates before and after the interview process.
Timely fullfillment of Job positions.
Capable of professionally handle all sensitive and confidential information
Use of metrics to substantiate the outcomes for quality over quantity.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s / Master's degree, or equivalent, in human resources management or similar degree
Experience with full cycle recruiting and using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems and Talent Solutions
Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Certification from the HR Certification Institute, or equivalent, is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft-365 is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience with a fast-paced startup environment preferred
