Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team and work with one of our valued Australian clients. If you have a strong track record in Odoo implementations and thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Odoo (both functional and technical)
  • Successful end-to-end Odoo implementation experience
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field
  • Expertise in Odoo Enterprise standard modules
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, and finance
  • Hands-on experience in project management and Agile methodologies
  • Pre-sales involvement, including requirement gathering and system design
  • Experience mentoring junior implementers and developers

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Bitbucket, GitHub, and source code repositories
  • Setting up Continuous Integration and automated deployment
  • Infrastructure setup and maintenance, including :
  • Managing customer Virtual Machines (VMs)
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, PostgreSQL, and Odoo installation
  • Ensuring optimal VM setup and troubleshooting issues
  • Familiarity with SSL certificates, Nginx, and API integrations
  • Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap
  • Knowledge of REST API, Web Services, and XML-RPC
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
