Job Purpose : Assistant Manger - Sales & Specification is a techno-commercial role responsible for delivering sales through a combination of specification and project working + channel management in the assigned territory
Job Responsibilities
Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets of the assigned sales territory
Project working - Maintain & track data base of Industrial and Building segment projects & convert them into business Mapping & visiting Consultants & Architects to help specify Saint-Gobain Insulation solutions
Technical presentations and support to customers
Work with system-providers like drywall companies, roofing, insulation contractors and HVAC contractors, to sell techno-commercially viable solutions
Channel Management + development of new channel partners
Market development activities - Trade shows, Presentations
Business development through geographical expansion
Closely co-ordinate with all supporting functions to deliver upon the agreed business strategy
