Job descriptionOversee the management and maintenance of the Provider Information Management System (PIMS). Ensure accurate and timely data entry, validation, and updates. Monitor and manage workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance. Identify and resolve operational issues and escalate as needed. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the PIMS database. Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain documentation and records related to PIMS operations. Collaborate with internal departments, external providers, and other stakeholders. Address inquiries and resolve issues related to PIMS data and processes. Maintain strong relationships with providers and internal teams. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare and present regular reports on PIMS operations and performance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Any Graduate. 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare / TPA industry. 1-2 years of team handling experience (minimum). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience in the insurance industry. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards. Experience with PIMS software and related systems.
