Position : Techno Functional Consultant.

Experience : 3- 8 years.

Location : Indore (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide in-depth understanding and support for ERP / SAP products and software.
  • Lead customer engineering teams, managing resources and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement and support ERP / SAP modules including Store, Purchase, Plant, Production, PM (Plant Maintenance), Payroll,Inventory, and Planning & Estimation.
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for ERP / SAP systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of ERP / SAP functionalities.
  • Ensure timely delivery and implementation of ERP / SAP solutions, meeting the specific requirements of clients.
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge on the latest industry trends and ERP / SAP developments.

Key Skills :

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient knowledge in at least one of the following ERP / SAP modules : Store, Purchase,.Plant, Production, PM, Payroll, Inventory, Planning & Estimation.
  • Strong understanding of ERP / SAP products and software technical support.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven experience in leading customer engineering teams and managing resources.
  • Ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
