Job Summary :
We're looking for a proactive Pre Sales Associate in assisting our sales and marketing team increase the footprint of CognoSpace solution into schools. If you're passionate about improving education through activity and technology and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead generation & outreach : Identify potential clients and conduct outbound calls, emails and whatsapp.
- Product Introduction : Explain the benefits of the product offering to inbound requests.
- Sales Support : Assist with follow ups and client interactions.
- Feedback and reporting : Gather feedback; document and report progress to the sales team.
- Assist in managing customer databases and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
