Looking for Graduate fresher and experience candidates for customer support role / telesales role in a leading MNC Gurgaon

Location : Gurugram

Job Summary :

We're seeking a Customer support / Telesales experience candidate to ensure customers achieve their goals using our products / services, driving long-term relationships and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements :

1. 0-5 years of customer-facing experience. in sales

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to understand customer needs and technical concepts.

4. Proactive problem-solving skills.

5. Familiarity with CRM software.

Graduate in any field

Should have good communication skills in English
