Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the go-karting industry. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of sales experience and a strong passion for motor sports or recreational activities. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales : Identify potential clients, businesses, and event organizers to promote go-karting services, packages, and experiences.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, schools, event planners, and individual customers.
- Business Development : Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue, including upselling membership, corporate events, group bookings, and sponsorship deals.
- Market Research : Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals : Handle pricing negotiations, contracts, and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaboration with Marketing : Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, social media strategies, and special offers to attract new customers.
- Customer Service : Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing detailed information on services.
- Reporting & Analysis : Track sales performance, generate reports, and present insights to improve sales strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in motor sports, leisure, or hospitality industries.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of the go-karting industry and motor sports trends is a plus.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if required.Preferred Qualifications
