Job Description : Fundraising Specialist - AIF Products
Location : Mumbai / Delhi
Great Value Capital (GVC) is a Category-II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) operating in the distressed asset space. With a close-knit team, GVC focuses on capital structure- agnostic special situation transactions in the $5-$15 million range. Key Responsibilities :
1) Fundraising and Business Development :
- Drive fundraising efforts with a target of INR 500-1000 Cr, leveraging expertise in AIF products.
- Build, nurture, and manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, and institutional investors.
- Set up and manage investment funds tailored to market opportunities.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with large wealth institutions and distribution channels.
2) Channel Management :
Develop and manage relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent fund inflows.Align partner strategies with organizational goals and track performance metrics.Investor Engagement :
Organize roadshows, events, and investor meetings to showcase fund performance and strategies.Deliver presentations and detailed pitches to potential investors, addressing their queries effectively.3) Market Outreach and Strategy :
Identify and target potential investors through innovative outreach campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities in the AIF space.Qualifications and Experience :
10-12 years of experience in fundraising with a strong focus on AIF products.Proven track record in raising INR 500-1000 Cr or more, particularly in the distressed asset domain.Established network and deep connections with HNIs, wealth institutions, and distribution channels.Experience in organizing and leading roadshows, events, and investor engagement activities.Strong knowledge of financial instruments, especially those related to distressed assets and special situations.Preferred Skills :
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Strategic thinking and the ability to align fundraising efforts with business objectives.High level of accountability and ability to work collaboratively in a close-knit team environment.Why Join GVC?
