Our platform combines advanced social intelligence, community insights, and influencer analytics to drive brand growth strategies across multiple verticals, including parenting, beauty, food, and health & wellness.
We're seeking a candidate for the Consumer Intelligence role to transform text / visual / video data into actionable insights using a proprietary intelligence platform to drive strategic decisions for our clients. This role will be part of the Consumer Intelligence & Insights team that works closely with the Sales team to deliver comprehensive and actionable reports to help clients understand consumer behaviour, market trends, competition analysis, etc. There will be a big focus on understanding and utilising our internal product suites as well as external AI tools suites for speed and structuring narratives and flow along with good expertise to simplify key takeaways and insights. This role is in a startup and it comes with time pressures, tight deadlines, multi-tasking and a strong delivery focus. The ability to prioritize, a high level of intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving mindset are essential for the role.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine research approach, brand objectives and outcomes for clients.Work closely with the sales team in creating research proposals and research frameworks using innovative product-led methodologies.Work on multiple types of research analysis such as Category Research, NPD study, Social Trends, Influencer Analysis, Social Media strategy and media mix modelling.Fast-paced turnaround timing, using tools to automate or streamline workflow through standardizationCollaborate across teams with sales & product teams.Ability to ramp up fast, be hungry to self-learn and problem solve.Technical RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office / Google tools and understanding of Marketing MetricsGood to have exp with tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch or other Social Listening / Analytics tools is a mustAbility to structure large amounts of data using tools, Excel and build simplified storytelling templates.Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etcUnderstanding of machine learning concepts and applications in consumer insightsQualificationsBachelor's / Master's degree in Analytics, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field2yrs+ years of experience in consumer insights or market research; Open to recent graduates with fire in their belly to learn as well.Strong understanding of social media data, influencer space.Experience in the FMCG / CPG sector is desirable
