Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at

Orion Mall, Phoenix Mall (Bangalore Location) . As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting products, and driving sales within our retail store. You will ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience while achieving sales targets and maintaining the store's overall success.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet customers and identify their needs, providing personalized assistance.

Actively promote and sell products, highlighting their features and benefits.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and sales techniques.

Assist with store visual merchandising and ensure that displays are attractive and well-stocked.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities to management.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to the overall success of the mall.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Any Class 10, 12 or Graduate Freshers or Experience can apply.

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a mall or customer-facing environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Basic knowledge of sales and POS systems is a plus.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.

Skills :

Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to build strong customer relationships.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
