Job description

Job Title : Zoho Consultant.

Experience Required : 3 -6 Years.

Responsibilities :

Implement and customize Zoho applications to meet client requirements.
Provide expert consultation on Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective use of Zoho products.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Zoho applications.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for Zoho implementations and customizations.
Stay updated with the latest Zoho features and updates to provide the best solutions to clients.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.

Strong coding knowledge, particularly in scripting languages used within Zoho applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
