Job description

StatWide is an innovative product analytics platform that helps businesses improve retention and growth by tracking user behavior and optimizing user experiences. We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive the growth of our product analytics solutions.

Role Overview

As an SDR at StatWide, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying customer pain points and showcasing how StatWide can address them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social outreach, to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges and aligning them with StatWide’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute lead-generation campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives to move qualified opportunities further down the sales pipeline.
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve engagement rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead and meeting targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a similar role in B2B saas preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and articulate solutions effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS or product analytics industry is an advantage.
