Role & Responsibilities :
Customer Support & Success :
Resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams for optimal solutions.
Proactively engage with existing accounts to drive revenue and achieve targets.
Address support requests promptly via telephone or email.
Strategic & Tactical Guidance :
Analyze customer needs, technical requirements, and challenges.
Position the right product offerings to demonstrate value and drive adoption.
Build and manage the revenue cycle from qualification to closing deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work with product, growth, sales, and engineering teams to optimize and execute strategic partnerships.
Assist in strategic planning, market research, and business process documentation.
Project Management :
Track and manage major projects, keeping management updated on progress and concerns.
Handle special projects aligned with key priorities and organizational goals.
Qualifications : Education :
B.Tech / BE / MBA / PGDM or equivalent in any specialization.
Experience :
1-3 years in Account Management or a fast-paced SaaS product start-up environment.
Skills :
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and using MS Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
Attributes :

Ability to take end-to-end ownership and work independently.
Flexibility to operate in US time zones (5 : 00 pm IST to 3 : 00 am IST from Pune).
