Snow Functional Consultant
Location : Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune
Experience : 5-13 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Establishing and executing strategic and tactical plans for a full-scale implementation of the ITIL / ITSM framework across organization and related suppliers involved in Service Delivery.
- Ability to define, articulate, estimate and cost the complete Service Management solution covering People, Processes and Tools required to setup Service Integration Framework
- Support creation of service model framework in line with RFP requirements, candidates with multi-vendor implementation experience are preferred.
- Strong understanding of various Line of Business, Multi-Vendor environment, Ways of Working, Cross Vendor SLAs, in a Service Integration Framework
- Demonstrates excellent consultative solution skills during various phases of the bid.
- Build plan & Service Management Implementation Roadmap and strong understanding of Project Management skills along with inter dependencies between People, Process, Tools, Vendors
- Deliver Service Management Implementation Projects, Due Diligence, or Assessment as a Lead or Consultant
- Prepare clear, concise, and persuasive communication for multiple audiences, including demonstrating effective writing and presentation skills, listening actively, and projecting a trustworthy image.
- Interface with global lines of business and other technical teams in gathering / developing strategic approach and customer requirements in order to formulate apt solution.
- Work as part of the bid team and provide support to the functional group personnel working together.
- Develop proposals and recommendations to drive process improvement decisions.
- Demonstrate excellent research skills to work on offering development, offering enhancement and support SIAM COE initiatives for capability development
- Manage Relationship at Senior management and act as an advisor to the customer
Qualifications :
Understanding of Configuration Management as it relates to ITIL Experience in the new ServiceNow scoped applications, Virtual agent, Performance Analytics, ATF, Predictive Intelligence, Agent Workspace, Mobile app etc., Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, JDBC)Experience implementing systems using the Agile / Scrum methodology Fundamental knowledge of networking including TCP / IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills.Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisionsPreferred Skills :
Minimum ServiceNow CSA certified.
ITIL certification / CIS / ServiceNow certification is an advantage
