This role will be assisting in Legal Documentation- Drafting and verification (Agreements, Contracts, Deeds, MOU, Letters.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting in Filing of various form with MCA and RBI
- Assisting in Company Incorporation, ROC Compliances, Legal & Routine Secretarial Audits.
- Preparing Search Reports.
- Alteration of Memorandum & Articles of Association of Company.
- Shifting of Registered Office from One State to another.
- Directors Changes documentation i.e. appointment, cessation, vacation, changes in remuneration etc.
- Preparation of Due Diligence Report
- XBRL Filing
- Assisting RBI Compliances.
- Assisting in Statutory registrations (Trademarks, Professional Tax, Import Export Code, Customs, Industrial Licensing Etc.)
- Research Work on amendments / notifications / updates on various corporate laws.
- Assisting in Drafting and updating of Internal Office Documents, viz. Manuals, SOPs, KRAS, Policies, etc.Exposure of Company Law, SEBI Law, IPR Law, Legal Drafting etc..
