Role Overview :
We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who can strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram). You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to drive qualified leads, improve ROAS, and scale campaigns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns across :
- Google Search & Display
- YouTube Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
- Execute full-funnel ad strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience targeting, competitor benchmarking.
- Set up and maintain proper tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.
- Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, CPM, and LTV — and continuously improve performance.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and ad dashboards.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure creatives align with campaign goals.
- Run A / B tests on creatives, audiences, and messaging for consistent improvements.
Skills & Requirements :
1.5–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google, YouTube, and Meta ad accounts.Deep understanding of performance marketing funnels, targeting layers, and bidding strategies.Proficiency with :Google Ads ManagerMeta Ads ManagerGoogle Analytics (GA4 preferred)Google Tag Manager (GTM)Looker Studio or Excel-based dashboardsExperience with tracking tools, pixel integration, and campaign attribution.Strong analytical and communication skills.Good to Have :
