Role Summary
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind the company’s sales engine. Your day-to-day activities include calling, connecting, and closing deals —reaching out to at least 50 companies daily , building strong relationships, persisting with leads , and consistently driving results.
This role demands not just execution but the ability to strategize and adapt . Whether it’s selling product A, B, or C, you’ll leverage all available tools and networks to build momentum and close deals. You will work closely with the CMO to meet aggressive sales targets while achieving financial rewards and professional recognition .
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution
- Call 50+ companies daily to initiate conversations, present tailored solutions, and secure interest.
- Use tools like Apollo , LinkedIn , and CRM platforms to generate leads and target key decision-makers.
- Leverage personal networks , intra-city outreach , and organic strategies to expand the client base.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that address client pain points and highlight value.
- Drive direct sales , service engagements , and distributor partnerships to exceed revenue goals.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Persistently follow up with leads generated through campaigns, referrals, and market research.Qualify and nurture leads, ensuring they progress through the sales pipeline efficiently.No waiting for responses —be relentless in reaching out, following up, and closing deals.Strategize dynamically : If A doesn’t sell, pitch B or C —leverage the company’s diverse technologies and solutions.Client Relationship Management
Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.Act as a trusted advisor , understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and seamless delivery of products and services.Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Continuously research market trends , customer needs , and competitor strategies .Identify opportunities to position Social Hardware as a leader in the robotics industry .Provide insights and feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills
Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in robotics, industrial automation, or technology is a bonus).Relentless persistence in cold calling , lead conversion, and client follow-ups.Strong ability to manage a high volume of outreach (50+ calls daily) with quality execution.Excellent communication , negotiation , and presentation skills .Mid-level proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms like Apollo.Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of Kannada is a plus).Preferred Qualifications
