Job Title : Senior Sales Consultant / Interior Sales Consultant – Home Interiors

Location : Bengaluru

Experience : 2+ years

About the Role

We’re hiring a confident and motivated Senior Sales Consulant to lead sales at our premium home interior experience center in Bengaluru . If you love interacting with customers, have a flair for interiors, and know how to close high-ticket deals, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle walk-in customers and premium clients at our high-end experience center.
  • Build strong B2C relationships with homeowners and decision-makers for turnkey interior projects.
  • Assist team in developing and managing B2B partnerships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and channel partners.
  • Present our complete range of home interiors – modular kitchens, wardrobes, partitions, sliding doors, and custom luxury furniture.
  • Own the entire sales journey : consultations, follow-ups, project coordination, and closures.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records to track client progress, communications, and revenue performance.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in interior sales, modular furniture, lifestyle retail, real estate, or similar premium segments .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — both B2C and B2B-facing.
  • Passionate about interior design, luxury living, and customer delight.
  • Confident and organized.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, client management processes, and project coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields preferred.
