What You’ll Do
- Drive sales of premium appliances through our dealer network
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, architects, and designers
- Build strong relationships with dealers and institutional buyers
- Create sales plans and monitor performance across regions
- Collaborate with service and marketing teams for end-to-end customer satisfaction
- Represent Vishandas at product launches, trade events, and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
Role 1 : 1–3 years of experience (ideal for energetic, early-stage professionals)
Role 2 : 3–6 years of experience (for those ready to lead and build dealer relationships)
Strong network of dealers, architects, or channel partners in South IndiaExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to lead a team, drive KPIs, and close deals independentlyFluent in English, Hindi and Kannada preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldWhat You’ll Get
