Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring a seamless client experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand positioning and promotional strategies.
Provide training and mentorship to sales executives for skill enhancement and growth.
Requirements :
Proven experience in luxury real estate sales and management
Exceptional ability to generate and convert high-quality leads.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of luxury lifestyle expectations and market dynamics.
Ability to handle high-profile clients with discretion and professionalism.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and strategic thinker.
