Job Title : Sales Executive - Full-time

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 0-1 years experience

Salary : Up to 30K

Industry : Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Steel Structures / Construction

Qualification : Diploma or B.E. in Civil / Structural Engineering (a degree in a relevant engineering field)

What You'll Do

As a Sales Executive at Sharoff Steel, you'll be at the frontline of driving business growth by building strong client relationships and helping organizations choose the right steel infrastructure solutions. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Identifying new business opportunities in the industrial, warehousing, and infrastructure sectors
  • Reaching out to potential clients through calls, visits, and networking to generate qualified leads
  • Qualifying inbound leads to assess fit, project scope, and potential value
  • Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the design and estimation teams to offer tailored solutions
  • Presenting proposals, quotations, and technical documents in a clear and convincing manner
  • Managing the sales pipeline from inquiry to order closure while meeting monthly and quarterly targets
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover post-order confirmation

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (a degree in a relevant engineering field).
  • 0-1 years of experience in steel structures, PEB, or construction project management.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and structural tools (STAAD Pro, Tekla, etc. a plus).
  • Strong communication skills - written, spoken, and technical (regional language is a must).
  • A proactive mindset and passion for solving engineering challenges.
