Account Manager
We are looking for a results-driven and process-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client relationships. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in IT account management, with a proven track record in account scaling and mining. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a high-performance environment where managing existing accounts and hunting for new opportunities go Own and manage multiple key client accounts within the IT sector.
- Drive account scaling efforts (70%), aiming to expand revenue across existing accountstargeting at least $1 Million USD in growth.
- Handle new business acquisition (30%) by identifying and converting opportunities within new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and project deliverables.
- Lead all documentation efforts including RFPs, NDAs, MSAs, and other legal or commercial agreements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand client needs, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain client data and pipeline in Zoho CRM or equivalent tools; ensure all activities are process-driven and Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to drive account Skills & Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the IT or technology services sector.
- Proven experience in handling multiple accounts simultaneously with a strong growth mindset.
- Demonstrated success in scaling existing accounts to at least $1 Million USD in revenue.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Zoho CRM and other account management tools.
- Ability to independently drive client engagement and deliverables.
- Professional, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude with strong business Experience with proposal writing and contract management.
