Intellectt Inc. is actively hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in Bench Sales within the Information Technology (IT) staffing industry . This role is designed specifically for a professional with existing, live vendor / client contacts — not for those looking to build relationships from scratch.

We already have a robust bench of highly skilled IT consultants ready for immediate deployment. What we need is a seasoned BDM who can hit the ground running by bringing in live job requirements and closing deals using their existing relationships with MSPs, VMSs, or direct clients .

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing network of vendors / clients / MSPs to bring immediate job opportunities .
• Submit and successfully place internal bench consultants in IT domains (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Science, etc.).
• Manage the entire sales cycle : from gathering requirements to final placements.
• Partner closely with internal recruiters to ensure quick turnaround times.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with current contacts to generate repeat business.
• Provide weekly activity reports covering submissions, interviews, and closures.
