What You’ll Do
- Identify, develop, and close new client acquisition opportunities across the enterprise Hi-Tech / Technology vertical.
- Generate pipeline through inside sales, direct outreach, and marketing coordination .
- Negotiate contracts, manage sales cycles, and coordinate onboarding with delivery and recruitment teams.
- Engage frequently with decision-makers, CXOs, and business stakeholders in target accounts.
- Use market intelligence and personal networks to pre-empt competition and stay ahead.
- Promote the company brand locally, nationally, and online through strategic outreach and business forums.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of IT Sales or Business Development experience in the IT Services and Outsourcing industry.3+ years in leadership or client-facing roles , with experience driving deals end-to-end.Proven success in building new logos and hunting for fresh leads .Comfortable working in ambiguous and cross-functional environments .Understanding of Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Business Process Services is a strong advantage .Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.Self-starter , highly accountable, and results-driven mindset.Compensation & Incentives
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential . Example incentive structure includes :
