Quick Clean is India’s leading provider of On-premise laundry solutions for the hospitality and healthcare sectors, currently operating across 75+ client sites in 36 cities across 15 states. As we scale from ₹70 Cr to ₹700 Cr ARR, we’re looking for a passionate HR leader who can architect and lead our people strategy — aligned with speed, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Role Purpose :
To build and execute a structured learning framework across all levels of Quick Clean, ensuring consistent delivery of SOPs, technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development aligned with organizational goals, operational excellence, and sustainability initiatives like ReWeave 360 .
Key Responsibilities :
- Learning Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement annual learning calendars across corporate and site teams.
- Identify capability gaps in operations, engineering, customer experience, and sales functions.
- Standardize induction and onboarding modules for new hires across levels.
- Curriculum Design & Delivery
- Develop SOP-based microlearning content for laundry operations, hygiene, safety, and sustainability.
- Design e-learning modules, videos, and assessments in multiple languages.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training workshops across regions.
- Performance-Driven Learning
- Align training with site-level KPIs like productivity, quality scores, and turnaround times.
- Collaborate with function heads to implement skill-based certification programs.
- Tracking & Evaluation
- Maintain training MIS, attendance, feedback, and impact dashboards.
- Monitor training ROI through pre / post-assessments and performance trends.
- Special Programs
- Build leadership development tracks for supervisors and site managers.
- Launch and manage sustainability awareness programs (e.g., ReWeave 360).
- Coordinate with third-party experts or platforms as needed.
- Culture & Engagement
- Support cross-functional learning initiatives, employee engagement campaigns, and compliance training (e.g., POSH, EHS).
