Job Summary :

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.
  • This role will be instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for building Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Business Development : Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline, track progress against targets, and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.
  • CRM Management : Utilize CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer 2+years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM software (e., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
