Job description

We’re looking for a motivated and persistent Business Development Associate to join our growing team at ViewPro. This is a high-activity, phone-heavy role focused on generating qualified leads and setting meetings with decision-makers in the planning, development, and asset management space.

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to prospects in state and local government.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads for ViewPro’s Esri-based planning and asset management solutions.
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team with planning directors, zoning and development directors, city managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage and track outreach efforts in HubSpot.
  • Stay informed on GIS trends, local government planning workflows, and ViewPro’s evolving service offerings.

Preferred Experience :

  • 1+ years of experience in a BDR, sales, or outreach role (SaaS, GovTech, or professional services preferred).
  • Familiarity with Esri tools and GIS workflows is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with or selling into state and local government, especially planning or development departments.
  • Background in urban planning, community development, or public sector consulting is a strong plus.
