Key Responsibilities :
- Performance Marketing Oversight : Work closely with the performance marketing team to align brand campaigns with growth objectives, ensuring measurable impact.
- Manage paid campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and track key metrics like leads, conversions, CAC, and ROAS.
- End-to-End Campaign Execution : Oversee product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning to maximize brand penetration.
- Social Media Leadership : Drive organic and paid social media strategies to build brand presence, engagement, and community growth.
- AI-Driven Marketing : Leverage AI-powered analytics, personalization, and automation tools for optimized customer targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Data & Market Insights : Utilize AI-driven analytics and market research to monitor performance, consumer trends, and competitive positioning.
- Brand Strategy & Positioning : Develop and execute brand strategies that enhance awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple digital platforms.
- Guide and mentor the team to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with e-commerce, design, and operations teams to ensure a seamless omnichannel brand experience.
Key Requirements :
6+ years of experience in brand management, with a strong focus on online sales channels and e-commerce growth.Recent Experience : At least 3 years in an agency (creative, media, or digital) and 3 years in an e-commerce or D2C role.Strong understanding of Apparel, Beauty & Personal Care (B&PC), and D2C brands with a deep knowledge of consumer behavior, pricing strategies, and competitive landscapesProven expertise in executing high-impact brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and influencer marketing.Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, AI-driven insights, and performance measurement.
