Haloocom - Chief Technology Officer

The role :

• We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Senior Technical Lead to lead the technological vision and strategy of our organization.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), voice and chat bot development, and a solid foundation in telecom technologies.
• You will drive innovation, oversee the development and deployment of scalable tech solutions, and ensure alignment of the technology stack with the company's business goals.

Key responsibilities :

• Define and implement the technical strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the design and development of AI-driven solutions, including voice bots and chat bots.
• Oversee architecture decisions, code quality, and system scalability for all products and platforms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to build robust and secure systems.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, ML, NLP, and telecom to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Mentor and manage engineering teams, encouraging growth and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure best practices in software engineering including code reviews, testing, and CI / CD.
• Lead infrastructure decisions involving Docker, container orchestration, and deployment pipelines.
• Evaluate and implement technologies related to web frameworks, database systems, and cloud services.
• Implement improvements to enhance our clients' productivity, performance, and long-term profitability.

Key skills and experience required :

• 8-12 years of total experience in software development and architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in AI / ML / NLP.
• Deep understanding of AI algorithms, Python, and object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience with voice and chat bot technologies.
• Familiarity with telecom systems and protocols.
• Strong command over Linux / Unix CLI environments.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with web frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Deep knowledge of RDBMS (e. , MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e. , MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, and orchestration tools (e. , Kubernetes is a plus).
